Element Housing is a new initiative born out of the recognition that there are not enough social housing developers focused solely on tackling the large-scale affordable housing shortage.

 

We, at Element, focus on bringing forward much needed investment to help deliver the development of homes for affordable tenures, using modern, more efficient build methods.

 

We work closely with local authorities and government agencies to bring forward stalled, undeliverable sites.
